Tips to having a successful enrollment event

As you approach enrollment season, we want to ensure you have a successful event for your employees. If your employees are working virtually during this enrollment season, we can help with our virtual enrollment solutions, www.sunlife.com/virtualmeetinginabox.

We also put together a few helpful tips and reminders for you to consider while planning your event:

  • Order enrollment materials as early as possible
  • Know if you’re having an annual enrollment or an open enrollment
  • Coverage takes effect on the eligibility date if the employee signs application within 31 days of eligibility date
  • If you’re using Sun Life Connect to administer benefits, watch this short video to learn how you can access your employees’ Dental ID cards online
